Currently mission critical parts are tracked manually using paper documentation after manufacturing is finished.
Lase-X enables digital tracking seamlessly within the manufacturing process - marking a unique digital identifier onto the part itself.

We packaged our laser as a native CNC tool - think of it like a laser endmill.
Cut parts and laser-mark them in your CNC machine - making your workflow cleaner and leaner.
Our seamlessly integrated laser marking tool turns manufacturing into a core data generation process, marking each part with a digital identifier that links its manufacturing data to your business software.
Manufacturing becomes a core data generation process, with traceability built in to production
No extra setups, no manual tracking, no chance for error
Parts becomes the single source of truth for all manufacturing quality data
Design, production, and service all share the same trusted data, closing the loop between the physical and digital worlds.
Audits become instant, maintenance becomes predictive, Demand planning is automated and can be updated in real time.
Supply chains become transparent, resilient, and self-correcting
Manufacturing lifecycle data is currently tracked manually. The moment parts are finished, they are removed from the CNC machine and tracked with paper documentation containing quality information regarding material, measurements, operator, production date. This maintains a chain of custody. This documentation is handed off and signed by every operator that touches the part, literally following each individual part as it travels through the supply chain. If this paperwork is lost or mis-documented, the chain of custody breaks and the part must be scrapped.
Instead of multiple disjointed processes for part cutting, marking, and tracking, a part can be cut and marked with a unique digital identifier in the same machine and in the same process. The part's unique digital identity or Digital Passport contains quality information, design data, inspection results, and certification history. As the part moves through manufacturing and the supply chain its record moves with it automatically. The part itself becomes the trusted source of truth across suppliers, OEMs, and regulators eliminating the need for paperwork.
